Summary of Observed Actions
Shoved a police shield into police on the NW Steps. Threw a broken off piece of cast iron railing at police on the Upper West Plaza and a water bottle and another unidentified object at police in the NW Scaffolding. “…making loud noises, and kicking chairs, throwing an unknown liquid substance at officers, and spraying an unknown substance…” At front of the group and “…willfully refused the order to leave.”
Appearance notes (from this sheet):
Balding white man with grey hair. Seen in multiple hats. Wearing brownish gray, patterned knit cap. Early in the day was recorded also wearing a stars and stripes / flag print cowboy hat on top of that, (which he loses in the NW Scaffolding) as well as eyeglasses hooked into his collar. Dark gaiter around his neck. Black, long-sleeved shirt with a big circular logo on the front that says "Million Maga March" in red, white, and blue / black coat with "Stop the Steal Four More Years" written in a flag print on the back... It looks like he has another shirt under it. Heavy duty, dark brown or dark green gloves, and holding something (a hat?) bright orange in his hand. Gray or Brown pants. Dark shoes.
