Man with a short, brown beard and mustache, and long, curly hair in the back (tied and not free-flowing). Has a small gap between his two front teeth. Faded monochrome stars-and-stripes gaiter, usually worn around his neck. Light gray hoodie that has a white logo on the front. (One picture not at the Capitol shows that part of the logo has a boomerang shape over a word that has the letters “...MUNT…” or “...HUNT...”.) Black, red, and white plaid jacket. Some pictures show a white piece of paper sticking out of the left breast pocket of the jacket. Yellowish-brown gloves with reinforced knuckles. Blue jeans.
